Hi Will, Just a note to let you know that I continue to be Over-the-Moon with my Xylo! I am amazed at the way it inspires me every day to become a better player. I am so grateful to you for persevering with me to overcome my resistances. It is such a magical instrument. Even so, the Xylo would not be what it has become for me, if not for the XS mallets. Whoever makes those mallets for you has accomplished something special. As you know, I tried many other brands of "soft" mallets, but none of them handled the strike-sound anywhere close to what I wanted.
