Yes we received the Xylosynth some weeks back. We absolutely love it! The craftsmanship on it is really superb and responsiveness of the instrument allows a lot of nuanced playing. We are just now getting our ensemble together and the Xylosynth will feature prominently you can be sure.

Just a courtesy note to advise that my Xylosynth arrived safely yesterday - a day earlier than estimated - thank-you - that is great service from yourselves and your freight company. The instrument is beautiful - I played it for about 30 minutes and it seems to function perfectly too. I'll send another update in a week or so after it has bedded in a little further.

My new Xylosynth has arrived this morning and was a beauty to look at and a bliss to try out. It worked wonderfully "out of the box" with some sounds I had on Reason, and I'm already in love with the "note length" knob!!! I'm sure it will be a truly inspiring instrument.

I am very very happy with the Xylosynth. It has also proven live in different ensembles (duo, combo and big band). For me it runs on a Macbook Air with Main Stage and GarageBand.

Can I just reiterate what I said yesterday in my phone call to you about how pleased I am with my Xylosynth. It is beautifully made and a pleasure to play. Last week I used it to play the bell part in Puccini's Tosca and received continued praise for the instrument from both the Conductor and the Artistic Director. This week, it is being used in a production of West Side Story and again I've had praise from the conductor for the instrument. Hooked up to a Kurzweil PC2R, the Xylosynth is producing some amazing results.

Hi, the Xylosynth is now on a nice K & M 18820 stand. The playability is fantastic, the stick attack on the wooden bars is more comfortable for me than on the metal ones of a normal vibraphone. Also it is more easy to play because of the same size of every bar. Now I am looking for a really good vibraphone plugin! Christian, Germany December 2023,

Hi Julie-Ellen Had the instrument for over a month now and can only describe it as fantastic. Now looking forward to using it for live performance work in the next couple of weeks! One little bit of advice maybe worth passing on or incorporating in the instruction manual is that when using a newer macbook (with USB-C inputs) you must use the genuine Apple on-the-go USB to USB-C  adaptor. Thanks for the advice! Yes I think the xylosynth definitely feels better than the malletkat, and it’s a lot easier to navigate the menus on the instrument. It also is just a truly gorgeous instrument!

I am really enjoying playing your 4-octave Xylosynth alongside my marimba on the Nigel Kennedy tour. I had for many years always used another mallet controller but thought on this tour of the new album recorded with a serious amount of technology from the group Massive Attack I would try the Xylosynth as it was highly recommended by the guys at Bell Percussion in London for a Nigel Kennedy tour last year. It's been a real revelation and I will probably now request the use of a Xylosynth throughout the world tour. Congratulations on a top notch product and design.

The playing feel of this instrument is where it shines. I’ve had the chance to let two other percussionists try the Xylosynth, and their response in each case matched my first impression verbatim: “It feels like playing a marimba.” The Xylosynth feels very much like an acoustic percussion instrument. The best thing that can be said about the Xylosynth's feel, sensitivity, and expressive capabilities, is that when I play it, I'm not aware of the playing surface. The interface between the player and the instrument isn't a conscious consideration, which speaks volumes to the "natural" feel of the Xylosynth.

Greetings, The instrument arrived on Thursday with no issues, and it's amazing .. been using it all weekend. I've used the all of the available Mallet Synth Controllers and hands down this is the best instrument of them all. The response from the wood is spectacular, even the contact sound is more plausible due to the wood than the hard plastic or the soft neoprene of the alternatives. The sensitivity and note length knobs are gold ..  I'm digging the mallets as well .. perfect softness for the surface .. Thank you very much for your assistance with everything .
